At the source of Hungary's sludge disaster

Hungary declared a state of emergency in early October when a reservoir at an alumina plant ruptured releasing a torrent of chemical waste.

The disaster left several people dead and more than 100 injured and devastated several towns and villages in the west of the country.

More than two months on, Nick Thorpe visited the reservoir at the heart of the disaster.
