Spain's jobless get in line to protest against benefit cuts

Job seekers in Madrid tried to form the longest queue of unemployed people today, one which proved more symbolic than record breaking.

Those participating have been protesting against an imminent cut in unemployment benefits for the long term unemployed from February this year.

Our correspondent in Madrid, Sarah Rainsford, spoke to two unemployed teachers who were at the protest.
