Irish Election: From Celtic Tiger to billion euro bail-outs

Not long ago, Ireland's economic growth led to it being nicknamed the Celtic Tiger.

But a financial crisis forced it to take a multi-billion euro bail-out, and led to the collapse of the coalition government.

On Friday, the Irish people will deliver their verdict on the politicians when they vote in a general election.
