Strauss-Kahn faces Paris sex case

The former head of the International Monetary Fund, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, is facing fresh allegations of sexual assault.

A lawyer for the writer Tristane Banon says she will file a criminal complaint against Mr Strauss-Kahn for attempted rape.

Last week, he was freed from house arrest in New York as a separate assault case involving a hotel maid appeared to be nearing collapse.
