Oslo bomb: 'People were lying there bleeding'

Norwegian journalist Ingunn Andersen has described the "chaos" in the moments after an explosion hit the centre of Oslo.

Ms Andersen was sitting in a cafe one block away from where the blast occurred and said "it felt like the building was going to collapse" and that the damage could be seen as far as five blocks away.
