Norwegian PMl: 'Let us not start a witch hunt'

The Norwegian Parliament has met to commemorate the 77 people killed in attacks on the island of Utoeya, and on Oslo city centre.

The Prime Minister, Jens Stoltenberg, announced a national memorial service on Sunday 21st August.

He urged the Norwegian people not to "start a witch hunt... we all have something to learn from this tragedy".
