Germany counts cost of eurozone crisis

While many parts of the eurozone have been in crisis, Germany has, until now, enjoyed growth and a strong export market.

This has helped it finance bail-out packages for the likes of Greece and Portugal, but is patience wearing thin about having to support struggling nations?
