Ex-Kosovan PM faces war crimes retrial

Former Kosovo prime minister Ramush Haradinaj, is facing retrial at The Hague for war crimes allegedly committed when he was a rebel commander.

He was acquitted of the charges in 2008, but a partial retrial was ordered after appeal judges at the international war crimes tribunal found witnesses had been intimidated during the original 10-month trial.
