Three of a kind: 'Why I decided to be a scout'
The scout movement was founded in 1907 in the UK and quickly spread around the world. Now it has more than 40 million members across the world.
A few weeks ago more than 30,000 scouts gathered at the World Scout Jamboree in Sweden.
Three of them - from Kenya, Hong Kong and Mexico - told the BBC what it meant to them to be part of this movement.
