Sarkozy: 'Greece must abide by bailout rules'

French President Nicolas Sarkozy and Germany's Angela Merkel have summoned George Papandreou for crisis talks in Cannes, before a G20 summit of major world economies

Sarkozy warned Greece that it would not get any additional EU-IMF loan funds until the terms of last week's European bailout plan were "respected to the letter".
