Norway gunman Anders Breivik appears in court in Norway

The man accused of Norway's worst mass killing has appeared on camera for the first time since the crime.

Anders Breivik has denied criminal responsiblity for killing 77 people in two attacks in July and had been refusing to allow cameras into his court hearings.
