Mixed feelings in Spain over bank credit downgrade

A mixture of indignation, resignation and pessimism was felt by some Madrid residents after Moody's Investors Service decided to cut the credit ratings of 16 Spanish banks.

The measure is seen as a further blow to a country that is struggling to deal with recession and unemployment.
