Norway PM's tribute to victims: 'We will not forget you'

Norway's prime minister, Jens Stoltenberg, has led tributes to the 77 people killed by Anders Breivik a year ago.

He was speaking at a memorial service in the capital, Oslo, one of many throughout the country marking the anniversary of the attacks.
