Pussy riot women begin life in penal colonies

Two jailed members of the Russian protest group Pussy Riot are starting their new life in penal colonies hundreds of miles from their homes in Moscow.

Maria Alyokhina, 24, and Nadezhda Tolokonnikova, 22, were each jailed for two years - a third member of the group was freed on appeal.

The BBC's Daniel Sandford reports from Mordovia, the remote desolate region where Mrs Tolokonnikova is being held.
