Draghi warns over Europe economy

European Central Bank President Mario Draghi has warned the eurozone crisis will continue as long as "some states are permanent creditors and others are permanent debtors."

Mr Draghi was speaking at a finance conference in Paris, as figures were released showing eurozone unemployment rates reaching a record high of 11.7% in October.
