Three arrested over US embassy blast in Ankara, Turkey

Three people have been arrested in Turkey in connection with Friday's suicide bombing of the US embassy in Ankara.

The bomber and a security guard were killed in the explosion.

A far-left Turkish group has confirmed it carried out the attack.
