John Kerry: Turkish PM's remarks on Zionism 'objectionable'

US Secretary of State John Kerry has condemned comments by Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan who branded Zionism as a crime against humanity.

Speaking at a news conference in Turkey, Mr Kerry said Mr Erdogan's remarks were "objectionable".

He added that Israel and Turkey are both vital allies of the US and that they need to take concrete steps to change their relationship.
