Cypriot youth voices fears as banks stay closed

People in Cyprus are still unable to access their bank accounts after a late night decision to keep them closed for an 11th day.

All but the two largest banks had been due to re-open this morning after a 10-billion-euro bailout deal was struck, but the plan was abandoned overnight.
