Francois Hollande battles for French support

French President Francois Hollander has been touring the country, trying to reassure the public that he can manage the ailing economy.

A number of polls have shown Mr Hollande's approval ratings to be the lowest of any modern French leader - 10 months into his presidency.

He is now less popular than the Far Right leader, Marine Le Pen.

Christian Fraser has been out on the road with Mr Hollande, trying to find out why the President is failing to inspire his nation.
