Would you pay 13,720 euros for a lock of hair?

A lock of hair belonging to the Austro-Hungarian Emperor Franz Joseph has been auctioned in Vienna for 13,720 euros (£11,500; $17,790) - more than 20 times its estimated value.

Journalist Georg Markus says many of the emperor's possessions found their way to auction because he gave his belongings to his servants.
