Europe still at risk of severe floods
Parts of central Europe remain on high alert as flood waters continue to rise.
At least 18 people have died after several days of floods and thousands have been evacuated.
More than 20,000 people were forced to leave their homes in the German city of Magdeburg after a dam broke on the River Elbe. Drivers in Warsaw were also rescued after motorways flooded.
In Budapest, defences appear to have held, with the flooding there thought to have peaked.
