Gibraltar border delays: Spain accused of 'bullying'

The Chief Minister of Gibraltar, Fabian Picardo, has described Spain as "a bully" after long border queues at the weekend.

Gibraltar says Spain created "deliberate" delays of up to six hours for motorists travelling to and from the British territory, in a dispute over an artificial reef.

Mr Picardo said it was "inhumane", especially for children and elderly people. Spain has not commented.
