Ireland mulls Aran Islands salmon farm plan

Controversial plans to build a huge salmon farm off the west coast of Ireland are being considered by the government in Dublin.

Supporters of the scheme say it will double the amount of farmed salmon produced in Ireland and help the country out of its economic crisis.

But critics claim it will damage wild salmon stocks.
