New border controls: Does Bulgaria face a 'brain drain'?

Border controls will be relaxed for Romanians and Bulgarians who want to come and work in the UK on 1 January 2014.

The government has said it is powerless to impose restrictions despite pressure from Conservative backbenchers to amend the Immigration Bill.

The BBC's Gavin Hewitt reports from the Bulgarian capital Sofia on how some of the city's people are viewing the changes.
