Riga resident describes scene of Latvia supermarket collapse

A resident of Riga has been describing the scene of a supermarket collapse in Riga which has left at least 32 dead.

Gatis Smagars had been in the supermarket just five hours before the disaster.

He told the BBC he had seen "huge plastic bags of soil" on the roof and "piles of cobblestones".
