Ratko Mladic refuses to testify at Radovan Karadzic trial
A much anticipated joint appearance in court by two of the most powerful figures of the Bosnian war of the 1990s has ended in chaos.
The former military commander, Ratko Mladic, appeared as a defence witness at the War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague but refused to answer questions posed by the former leader of the Bosnian Serbs, Radovan Karadzic.
