Pope Francis puts Harley-Davidson up for auction

A Harley-Davidson previously owned by Pope Francis is to be auctioned in Paris to raise funds for charity.

The pontiff is selling the bike to raise funds for Caritas Roma, a charity working on behalf of the Church.

The motorcycle was presented to the head of the Roman Catholic Church by Harley-Davidson in June last year, to mark the brand's 110th anniversary.
