Yanukovych: 'I will fight for future of Ukraine'

Ukraine's ousted president, Viktor Yanukovych has held a news conference in Russia.

Mr Yanukovych said he was "not overthrown", but was compelled to leave Ukraine after threats to his life.

He said: "I'm ready to fight for the future of Ukraine... against those who try to occupy it through fear and terror."
