Ukraine crisis: Russia's Lavrov dismisses Ukraine FM

EU leaders are to begin an emergency summit to decide how strongly they should respond to Russia's troop deployment in Ukraine's Crimea region.

On Wednesday, high-level talks with Russia in Paris ended without significant progress. Russia refused to allow Ukraine to attend the meeting.

As Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov left, he was asked by the media if he would be meeting his new Ukrainian counterpart.

He replied: "Who is that?", as Andy Moore reports.
