Ukraine crisis: Fire started in Kharkiv clashes
Pro-Russian protesters in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv have started a fire at a government building, after a day of clashes between separatists and pro-Ukrainian demonstrators.
The building had been seized by separatists on Sunday but was later reclaimed by police.
The clashes in Ukraine's second city come as pro-Russians in Donetsk are reported to have declared a "people's republic".
