'Russian lieutenant colonel' meets Ukrainian police officers

A video has been posted on YouTube of a man who purports to be a Russian army lieutenant colonel with a line of policemen in east Ukraine.

The man - who wears a cap but no insignia - introduces a man in a black coat as the new head of the Horlivka police.

The video has not been fully verified but is believed to be genuine, as Jon Sopel reports.
