Ukraine crisis: Nato steps up eastern defences

As the crisis in Ukraine deepens, Nato has announced that it has agreed on more military measures to reinforce its members' security.

Speaking in Brussels, Nato Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen promised "more planes in the air, more ships on the water, more readiness on the land".
