Ukraine crisis: Hopes for release of OSCE monitors

The Russian Ambassador to the international security body, the OSCE, Andrei Kelin has told the BBC that he hopes the military monitors held in Sloviansk in eastern Ukraine will be released soon.

The unarmed military monitors are linked to the OSCE, but are not part of the organisation's main observer mission in Ukraine which was agreed to by Moscow.
