Gay Russians tie the knot in Denmark

Three gay Russian couples have been married in civil ceremonies in the Danish capital Copenhagen and pleaded for tolerance back home, where homophobia is rife.

The Danes were the first in the world to permit same sex marriages and are promoting gay equality as they host this week's Eurovision song contest.

All of the couples featured in this video wanted to remain anonymous for fear of repercussions back home in Russia.
