Turkey mine disaster: Who is to blame?

The Turkish government and the company running the Soma mine that suffered an explosion and pit collapse have both been blamed for the miners' deaths.

An explosion on Tuesday caused the pit to collapse, killing at least 245. Nearly 450 workers have been rescued but more than 100 are still unaccounted for.
