Nato: Russia failing to respect 'international commitments'

Nato's Secretary General has said a meeting of Nato foreign ministers in Brussels will "decide what to do next" about Russia's actions in Ukraine.

Anders Fogh Rasmussen said there were "no signs" of Moscow fulfilling its commitments to the international community.

Meanwhile fighting erupted overnight between rebels and Ukrainian troops near the Russian border in Luhansk region.
