Russia says US to blame for eastern Ukraine fighting

Russia has said the United States is to blame for the continued fighting in eastern Ukraine. It made clear its anger after yesterday's free-trade deal between Ukraine and the European Union.

There has been more fighting between government forces and the pro-Russian separatists, despite a declared ceasefire.
