Ukrainian president says was terrorist act not accident

Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko has described the crash of a Malaysian airliner in eastern Ukraine "an act of terrorism" rather than an accident.The plane from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed killing all 295 people onboard, amid allegations of a missile attack.

Rebel leaders have denied any involvement but Mr Poroshenko said he had asked Dutch experts to investigate "this act of terrorism".
