MH17 crash: Dutch PM Mark Rutte talks to the BBC

The Dutch premier has announced he is sending 40 unarmed military police to Ukraine to recover the remaining victims of Malaysia Airways flight MH17.

A forensic investigation of the site is being led by the Netherlands, which lost 193 of its citizens when the plane came down.

Speaking to the BBC's Anna Holligan, Prime Minister Rutte said he had a "relatively polite" conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday, but said the lack of action at the crash site since has been "unacceptable".
