Beslan school siege: Ten years without answers

On 1 September 2004, Chechen militants took more than 1,000 people hostage in a school in Beslan, North Ossetia.

The siege lasted for three days and ended in a bloodbath.

As a result of the attack, and the subsequent storming of the building by Russian special forces, more than 300 people were killed, many of them children.

Ten years after the end of the siege, BBC Russian's Olga Ivshina spoke to some of those who were there.
