Russia Kasparov: 'Putin is a bigger threat than IS'

Ukraine will elect a new parliament on 26 October.

On Friday Russia's President Vladimir Putin blamed the West for pushing Ukraine into war after the overthrow of Ukraine's pro-Russian President Viktor Yanukovych in February and Russia's subsequent support for separatists in Crimea and other Ukrainian regions.

But many, including Garry Kasparov the chess grand master who once ran for Russian president, say it is Putin who is determined to redraw the map.
