Ukraine tensions: OSCE warns real "risk of further escalation"

There have been more stark warnings about the risk of a return to all-out conflict in eastern Ukraine.

The Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe warned of a real "risk of further escalation".

Meanwhile NATO's European commander has expressed concern about the build-up of troops and weapons by the Russian-backed separatists.
