Putin: Russia sanctions 'contradict international law'

Russian President Vladimir Putin has accused the United States of undermining the very trade institutions it created by imposing sanctions on Russia.

He was speaking ahead of this weekend's G20 summit in Brisbane where tensions are expected over the situation in Ukraine.
