Western sanctions over Ukraine hit Russian oil firms

With oil prices at their lowest for years, Opec's meeting in Vienna will be closely watched, particularly in Russia, which depends heavily on oil exports.

Moscow is trying to persuade Opec members to cut production in order to increase prices.
