Pope Francis condemns persecution in Christmas address

Pope Francis has delivered his traditional Christmas address from the balcony of St. Peter"s Basilica.

He used it to denounced the "brutal persecution" of religious and ethnic minorities and talked about victims of conflicts in Syria and Iraq.
