Charlie Hebdo attack: Hollande says Muslims 'victims of fanaticism'

French President Francois Hollande has said that Muslims are the main victims of fanaticism, fundamentalism and intolerance, fed by unresolved conflicts around the world.

Speaking at the Arab World Institute in Paris, Mr Hollande urged people to remember that Islam is compatible with democracy and said, as a secular society, France intends to protect all religions.
