Ukraine peace efforts continue in Berlin

Foreign ministers looking to resolve the violent conflict in eastern Ukraine have met in Berlin.

So far they have agreed to the withdrawal of heavy arms from around a demarcation line that was defined last year.

The meetings came as Nato said it had seen an increase in Russian military activity in eastern Ukraine.
