Ukraine civilians 'caught in the firing line'

Nato has dismissed as "nonsense" claims by Vladimir Putin that Nato soldiers are fighting alongside Ukrainian government troops in Eastern Ukraine.

Mr Putin was speaking after an escalation in violence between Ukraine and pro-Russian rebels
