Three people killed in shell attack on Donetsk hospital

Three people have been killed and many wounded in a shell attack at a hospital in the rebel-held area of Donetsk, in eastern Ukraine.

The hospital was being used as an outpatient clinic at the time of the attack.

Violence has increased in recent weeks between pro-Russian rebels and government forces.
