Ukraine crisis: MPs to discuss financial reforms

The Ukrainian parliament will meet on Monday to discuss introducing financial reforms which will push up energy prices and cut benefits.

The fighting in the east of the country, and doubts whether a ceasefire will hold, have led to a collapse in the value of Ukraine's currency.
